- Led an intellectual property department ranging up to 21 attorneys and had supervisory responsibility for up to 35 support staff to the law department

- Changed personnel performance metrics resulting in greater value to the

- Served on several business teams and was a member of the Technology Council having the charter to identifyand culture new business opportunities for the Corporation (two of the seven new business thrusts were a result of my efforts)

- Redefined the patent policy/procedures to align intellectual property procurement and maintenance with the business needs of the Corporation, saving millions of dollars per year while improving the quality of the IP

- Oversaw and developed numerous licensing programs netting the Corporation over a billion dollars

- Oversaw numerous domestic and foreign litigation matters and negotiated settlements, one netting the Corporation over $70 million and another resulting in a damages award to the Corporation in excess of $250 million
