Prior to Novitious, Denis spent 26 years as the VP & Assistant General Counsel at Valeant/Bausch + Lomb where he managed the global Intellectual Property operations (patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, technology transfer, litigation, due diligence, counseling and certain aspects of FDA practice) of this multi-national pharmaceutical and medical device company.

Denis brings significant experience in due diligence, technology transfer, agreements, counseling and litigation.

His technological expertise includes ophthalmology, dermatology, gastrointestinal, oncology, neurology, medical devices, surgical devices and anesthetics.
